Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and just as important, local regulations. Without his help, we would never have been able to get the permitting done quickly enough to close the property on time with all the permits in hand. Many people who were also trying to get things permitted at the same time we were have asked how we were able to get it through so quickly. It was all Chris. He also made recommendations on several local contractors who have been invaluable to the process. He was on top of everything so we did not have to make any extra trips up to manage anything. When we came up, it was just to enjoy the property.
